P&R Property Consulting Group provides multifamily and residential renovation services across North and South Carolina. With offices in the Triangle and Charlotte, we support property managers, owners, and communities across both states.

Triangle and Eastern North Carolina
We provide full renovation and construction services across the Triangle, including Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill, as well as surrounding areas such as Holly Springs, Fuquay Varina, Rolesville, Benson, Wilson and more.
For larger projects our team also travels further east toward the Wilmington area and across Eastern North Carolina.
Charlotte and Western North Carolina
Our Charlotte team serves Charlotte, Concord, and Gastonia, along with surrounding areas including Matthews, Mooresville, Huntersville, Cornelius, Mint Hill, Indian Trail, Waxhaw, Belmont, Davidson, and more.
For larger projects, we also travel further west to Asheville and the surrounding region.
South Carolina
In South Carolina, we provide services across the Upstate, including Greenville and surrounding areas, as well as the Midlands around Columbia. We also work in the northern part of the state, including Fort Mill and nearby towns along the North Carolina border.
For larger projects, we are available throughout other parts of South Carolina as well.
