Preparing your potential guests is the first and most likely important, step to take.
You’ll want to be upfront and completely honest about what areas are being renovated and therefore are affected, during the booking process.
If renovating guest rooms – be sure to take all precautions necessary to ensure your guests are as far away from construction work and noise as possible.

The Lobby:
Those first few steps into a hotels lobby can make or break a guests positive judgement. Wowing your customers with a clean, well-planned and modernized entrance will help set the stage for the rest of their stay.
